If youre talking about using the computer or playing games on a tv you have to get a set up that promotes good posture. I used a folding chair and a walmart computer stand for 6 damn years. After a few months of haveing a decent chair and a desk with a proper viewing angle my neck and back feel much better whether I used the computer for 10 minutes or 10 hours that day

I have the one where your ass sticks out. I think it's lumbar lordosis. Also forward head posture.

Don't know how to fix either so I just deal with it.

I have one of these but I can't sit on it for longer than ten minutes before my back hurts. Am I doing it wrong? I roll back and forth but I can't seem to find a natural resting balance.

The hilarious yet annoying thing about lumbar lordosis is if you wear a baggy t-shirt you will look fat as the shirt drapes over empty space on your back, but if you wear a tight t-shirt it shows everyone your fucked up posture.

All my t-shirts are baggy, so despite all my exercise I look fatter than I actually am.

They are rarely even good for that. A simple massage and rest will usually do much more for you without any risk. If you have actually done damage to your skeletal structure or the ligaments then you don't need a chiropractor, you need a radiologist and a real fucking doctor.
