Haven't played DD so I can't really say. My general opinion on COOT was that it wasn't especially interactive(not a lot of branching, life sim elements, etc.) but the writing was surprisingly good at parts. It's also a bit uneven, though, and some of the "jokes" miss the mark. I imagine it's gotta be better than Meme Daddy though.
The thing is it goes for more of a "college dudebro" aesthetic than "spank me daddy" so I dunno if you'll even be into it. I guess there is + maybe 1 or 2 of the bonus dates.
Dream Daddy was lacking in pretty much every aspect. It was incredibly short, hardly any content, dialogue was lacking and hardly any branching at all. You could finish one route in about an hour or so. The only thing DD did right was the art style.
The aesthetic for DD is more cutesy, bubbly which doesn't leave much room for smut. That's basically more what I'm looking for.

I am somewhat exaggerating when it comes to the ending. You've two different endings, and how far you bonded with your folk gives them different epilogues.
The rest though is pretty much set in stone.
Not really kidding about Peregrine being mandatory for more than half the scenes though. You have to pretty much take him out for all the nudity ones. And he cucks you out of fucking the orc captain. The special scene with them is just you standing in a corner watching them chat and badmouth you, then have sex, with no choice to intervene or tell them to fuck off, just to give them privacy or not.

The barbarian chick has two scenes. Only with other females though, and basically they just boil down to "lol kill all men amirite?" "for sure lol", kicking out the orcbuddy means you miss out on his joke scene with the mage (which, yes, also requires Peregrine.), and him chatting in the nude with the guardsman fellow. Don't think either are required for anything else.

Well technically you can replace anyone's sprite with a nude version, I guess. But in game mostly you and your customized characters have the option to walk around in the nude. (And most enemies have a dick-flopping-around version you can recruit like any other. Or a hardon version, yeah.)
Named characters going nude is sort of your "treat" for befriending them and getting their secret scenes which play out like in Suikoden games; you go with a particular team of characters to a particular point, and it will trigger.

Nothing special, you're just an average guy moving into a new town. Everything is just an excuse leading to lewd scenarios, you can fuck and get fucked by everyone. My favorite character (for obvious reasons) is the weeb you can play videogames with (complete with little minigames that are pretty simple to code) that escalates eventually and depending on whether you keep besting him or not you get to top/bottom. Writing dirty scenarios is fun and I already have concept art for all of them but I'm not really ready to show anything yet because my "art" is really fucking terrible.
Once I have things more properly set up with decent art I'll probably ask here for opinions.
