The last proper AC game was 4 years ago, and was recently updated just to support amiibo shit. Metroid recently got a 3DS game in the form of Samus Returns and now we'll get a Prime game on the Switch.

What are you moaning about exactly? The team has been working on 2 Splatoon games for the last 2 years and you still got Happy Home Designer, Amiibo Festival (2015) and an update to the mainline game (2016) in the meantime.
