From what I've played of Gust games and given the current market of "reviewers" my vote is for b.

Below 60 if it's even half as bad as the first game.

Gust games have gone down in quality. That's why they are being ported to PC and Switch. They know they are deperate for games and hope to make up some revenue.

I wish it was a troll. It's less explicit than the first game, which was already tame as it is but it was still romantic and focused on two girls. NoA2 has no kisses, no confessions, just skinship fanservice and some neckbiting. Remember those suggestive trailers? Check the full cutscenes below, things are much less implicit that they implied.

The fact is, it's not even focused on a pair developing their relationship anymore but turns into "collect meaningless fanservice cutscenes with everyone". It just makes a shitty irrelevant cast that doesn't even go full yuri with anybody. It's basically like Neptunia level baiting now. Which doesn't make it a bad game, mind you, but it's an immense step down from the NoA1.
