It really did have great gameplay, downloaded the demo to laugh at it and instead became interested in getting it. Never did play 13/13-2.

Took me dozens of tries to beat the fucking wyvern in hard mode/chaos version but this faglord made it look so effortless.
>1 character Final Fantasy game

>The game in which the central theme is Brotherhood
What
Why does she look so weird, she doesn't look like this in game
No. Maybe the Dead Rising of the FF series. Pretty good game, nonetheless, even if there's a bit too much handwaving and plot fuckery for me to get invested beyond 'ooh, pretty combat system'.
how many characters can you control?
Each character gets their own story so four. Nice try though.
all 3 of them are not liked and one isn't even developed by square. CC is one of the best though
and when you play each of their individual story how many characters are in the party?
game is so hard that some people couldn't even open up the game in their unboxing video.
>timer for campaign
If it werent for it being a FF game, it wouldve been DROPPED.
I didn't hate XIII as much as I thought I would, is XIII-2 worth playing or should I go straight to LR?
When you play as Noctis then Ignis, Gladio and Prompto are in the party and Cor, Aranea or Iris join the 5th party member slot. You can give commands to them from the technique command menu which uses the tech bar, which is essentially an ATB bar just for that. They also all have linkstrikes with Noctis which are dependant on which party member is closest proximity to him when in a situation where you can initiate one.
In Ep Gladio then Cor is in the party.
In Ep Prompto then Aranea is in the party.
In Ep Ignis then Ravus is in the party.
You level up, equip gear, weapons, accessories, outfits, abilities, set tech commands, manage stats for and travel with four party members in XV majority of the game.
LR only has Lightning, CC only has Zack, DC only has Vincent.
If you really care about the story and/or are a serious weeb then play 13-2, otherwise skip for the superior game.
It's definitely worth playing. It's the best of the trilogy, afterall. Superb soundtrack + the most fluid gameplay + the most beautiful soundtrack of the trilogy + no linearity = success. You can use the following as advice if you're still uncertain: It is certainly better than XIII and XV
Buy it my friend. Trust me.
and btw in terms of story, LR kinda throws everything out the window with very little references to the previous games
Playing XIII-2 right now. New dude protagonist is pretentious as fuck. Not sure I want to keep playing.
Some of the DLC costumes are... neat, though.
I need to know the lewdest outfit for Sarah. It's very important.
I love the 13 saga. It was pretty good desu.
LR has Odin and Fang.
Console-only Mass Effect armor.
I want to play LR again on a PS4 rerelease, but everyday I lose more hope in it happening
I recently bought a ps3 should I play the other games or just jump straight to lightning returns? I have a limited knowledge of xiii though
>decided to leave the hard mode for later
>forget everything
>now have to relearn the game and time manage under extra stress if I want to finish it
I've made a mistake.
unironically the best dlc
You have no inputs to give them or anything to manage, they're entirely just auto, they are like in Nier Automata when 9S tags along with 2B
perspective
still procrastinating on that suicide attempt, eh XVkun?
Are you projecting there, faggot?
>Just played this
You're not fooling me lightingfag, quit shilling your shit game
No, I don't have to pray for DLC to fix my favourite game.
Ah so you are projecting while shitposting like little cuck, also the game is already great and the DLC just makes it better. Stay triggered.
>Kill me now
'kay. I think the walls of text defending XV might be more telling. It's almost like your trying to convince someone other than yourself.
Also, this picture shouldn't bother you in the slightest.
>it's a XV-kun episode
