I think this will be it. Beerus is a lock, you also have Goku/Vegeta SSB and Frieza's golden form super.

DLC will probably see Vegito (Maybe with a blue super or base form is blue) and Merged Zamasu or Goku Black (since there's a Goku Black stage in the game)

The roster is fairly similar so far, minus Goten and Trunks who'll just be Gotenks, Recoome who is a Ginyu assist, Vegito will be in over Gogeta, Supreme Kai won't be in. Kid Goku, Roshi, Hercule and Zarbon could all potentially make DLC. I could see Dabura being base roster but could also be DLC.

Did you play through XV2? He was cool as fuck in the ending scenes.

He breaks free of the control(or was pretending the entire time) and in a last ditch effort drags Mira down into a time portal dimension rift to fight him and trap him there. By the end of the fight he loses and is eventually lost in the portal while Mira escapes.

Sure fanfic and all, but it was cool as shit.

But he Goku's dad he must be the most super amazing guy ever minus Goku, not a low power bad guy

I think you are getting mixed up with the event being a xenoverse event and it being some crossover with fighterz.

The event and having a character linked to it made would also have to be planned way in advance.
