As long as you can hit 4+Ghz on your CPU you're golden using the newest speedhacks.
I get nearly constant 30fps using an i5 3570k and a 560Ti. If it slows down it isn't even that bad because with the new speedhacks the framerate is dynamic so you don't get audio glitches or shit like that like it happens on other emulators.

It's not a switch emu. If you want anything other than botw it can't do it. It's a little more complicated to set up than most emulators but there's plenty of tutorials

Cemu is a Wii U emulator, so you can play only Wii U games.
Anyway, to pirate Wii U games you need a program called Wii U USB Helper. It will do 80% of the work for you. After that you can download mods (graphics packs) to make the games work better. For BotW using the FPS++ hack is highly recommended if you want to have stable 30fps.
Also don't get the shady crack version, get 1.10f from the official site.

And we can know which games are worth attention beforehand, even from our nintenbros themselves, if we don't want to lose time downloading them.
