Only the finest artisan bakeries, 5 star restaurants and beer halls in world (and unlike you amerbliblens, we can afford it since we moved on from the 19th century and aren't drowning in debt from hospital bills). Although usually we prefer to hone our own culinary skills by crafting a healthy, high-quality home meal. An I idea I understand is quite alien to Amerblilens as they are incapable of using anything more complicated than a microwave to prepare food.

To be honest, I hadn't even heard of fast food until some idiot Amerbliblen sweating profusely from walking for 5 minutes and a HFCS withdrawl asked where the nearest "McDonalds" was.
