have you ever/do you marathon a game series like pic related?

I tried it with PS2 gta games and got bored half way through SA.

Beat all the genesis sonic games in one sitting. Was pretty fun.

Played all the classic Castlevania games. Was good, but I speedrun a lot of them, so it didn't take that long.

doesn't need to be in one sitting, just you play the series in order, one game from the next

I'd probably get sick of it after the first or second game

I usually do a MGS 1-4 run once a year
I've done it with half life once

Depends how samey the series is. Something like Mario Bros I could do since there's enough variation between games.

Games like Castlevania series being short (if you're good) help also. I don't think I could do something like Mega Man 1-6 in a week because of how similar they all are to one another.

I tend to do that with series I'm new to. I also marathon Sonic 1-3&K every year, but I'm probably going to throw Mania in that next year.

Has anyone else feel like sgb is on a decline lately?

Does packed remakes count like the N.Sane trilogy or Mega Man: The Wily Wars?

I've done with Ace Attorney up to trials and tribulations. I also tried really hard to do Witcher from 1-3 but wonky controls threw me off course and i ended up uninstalling it.

That being said, I might actually play through MegaMan 1-6 Buster only (except for the parts where it is mandatory to something else) some day just to see how each stage compares in my eyes.
Might be worth it.
