Humble Monthly

what the fuck is this trash. They have totally checked out I see.
Humble Monthly
I considering signing up for it, just for the quake champions
isnt quake free??
I almost fell for this too, glad I saw that I had forgotten to unsub
Quake Champions was free on the Bethesda Launcher up until a month or two ago.
>what the fuck is this trash
rehashing from /tesog/
- Quake Champions: 2000 favor (5000 needed for unlocking a champion for 24 hours temporarily) and two champions unlocked: Ranger, well-rounded and the base champ everyone will get once it goes f2p, and BJ, who is included as a joke. This also disables you from purchasing the Champion Pack on Steam (unless you remove it from your account) and only lets you fully unlock through the Bethesda store.
- ESO: Steam integration is a lot better than it was a year ago, if you installed this week you only downloaded the Clockwork City patch on top of the base install. Auto-login is neat, and if you launch eso64.exe manually you can still use your regular ESO account to log in manually, assuming you had the game previously. (If you bought on Steam before One Tamriel last autumn, you received a standalone product key as well, since then if you buy Steam you only get Steam).
- Legends: I like it, if you've been playing ESO you'll recognize a lot of names and the card abilities will make intuitive sense.
Caveats:
- if you're playing Legends on Steam, when you link your Bethesda account needed to redeem the pack, your stats will be overwritten by Bethesda Launcher stats. Link early or lose progress.
- if you redeem Quake Champions, you need to link your Bethesda account to play that at all, and that will also link Legends as above without warning at the same time.
- for a long time, you got a ton of gold/soul gems/card packs by linking your Bethesda account to Twitch and watching streams of Legends. this has been nerfed to the ground: you could open a bunch of streams, get a drop, then close and wait until the 6 hour cooldown. They claim this never worked, but that's a lie and it's only been fixed on Friday. What this means is that older players likely have a full collection even from f2p, while you'll have trouble catching up.
Don't. It's a scam. You get only 2 champions and have to pay for the rest with real money. You won't be able to buy it from steam anymore as well because Steam will think you already own the game.
public service bump
humble bundle got bought out by IGN, expect it just get worse
I love Humble Monthly.
>Sign up for Humble Monthly
>Get 10% off everything on the Humble Store
>Pause subscription at the end of the month so I don't get charged
>Infinite free 10% discount as long as I remember to pause
For real? Only stayed subscribed this month because I thought it would unlock all the champions. Refunding this trash.
Still can't decide if I want to gamble on the hidden games. The early unlocks don't interest me in the slightest.
It started out so good too. Each bundle tried to aim for $60 worth of vid gabs, but the last three months have been complete garbage. Not even making an attempt at giving you $30 worth of games any more. Just a lot of trash with inflated value, they got into the habit of claiming older cheap games cost more than they actually do.
Did you just make up your entire post?
They promise $100 worth.
The last bundle was great.
September was me and August was great as well.
So where July, June, May and April.
you can only pause 2 months in a row, right?
This might sound sad and pathetic, but anyone have a spare Elder Scrolls Online key? [email protected]
thanks for the run down
No?
Compare last few monthlies compare to previous ones. They've dropped down in total worth significantly, probably because HB started adding Trove shit and whatnot you don't actually get Steam keys for.
Sent ;)
I don't care. He called them complete garbage, which is utter nonsense. They are fantastic value still.
liar
Fuck sake, thanks for reminding me that I also fucked up, OP...
I hope some of the other games are good.
Shouldn't Visor be A tier? X-ray vision in a duel is pretty huge, especially if you're good with rails.
if you want QC, you can buy AMD promo codes off ebay for under $10 for Bethesda Launcher full game and incidentally upgrade your Steam version to full that way.
