Quick rundown on this game?

Shit
Just get EFT or wait for Ready or Not

It's fun but broken. It's more about map knowledge and teamwork so expect a good 50 levels until you're actually decent.

Glorified hide and seek.

counter strike with gadgets

good game
shit devs

After playing this I need leaning in my fps games. Its kind of retarded not having it in a game now.

>Ready or Not
vaporware + shit name

fun game that will never be as polished as its competitors because ubisoft is incompetent

Basically this. Sup Forums has a knee-jerk reaction to shit on it because Ubi and popular but it's legitimately good

If you do buy it just don't fall for the starter edition meme

What competitors?

cowadoody simulator and ping abusers

counter strike for kids

Be patient, learn maps first then more advanced strategies, get a mic, come to terms with less than ideal netcode, have fun.

Hilariously shitty netcode, you will die within 0.1 miliseconds of seeing the enemy at times, sometimes you won't see them at all, but on the killcam he was in your visible range for 2 hours.

But the biggest fucking bullshit is every operator having different mouse sensitivity to simulate their 'weight'. Different scopes zoom levels also change the sensitivty. Cause fuck muscle memory right?

If you can look past these things then it's a great game, but fuck Ubisoft.

user stop making things up.

Mouse sensitivity think is flying out of your ass user, you're just bad.

...

...

What? Try playing Ash and then switch to Glaz. There's a huge difference in their mouse sensitivity. When I started the game there was no way to get used to a reliable aim. Also sensitivty is different whether you use Iron Sight, ACOG or Scope??? Have you even played?

No the sensitivity is not different.
It is your perception compared to using a SCOPE to a non magnified sight.

...

...

goot nooo

What? Is my game fucked or are you trolling me? I tried to convert my sensitivity from other shooters to give a smooth transition, but then when I switched operator it was all fucked. And there's no way to customize scope sensitivity individually. Meaning that if I want a 1:1 Aim-Down-Sight with Ironsight, my sniper scope will go fucking crazy, and if I make my sniper scope 1:1, my Ironsight will be slow AF. The mouse sensitivty in that game is fucked.

>But the biggest fucking bullshit is every operator having different mouse sensitivity to simulate their 'weight'.
No, they don't.

>Different scopes zoom levels also change the sensitivty.
This is true. You don't want the same 360 sensitivity for hipfire as you do for a 4x scope, but Ubisoft's scaling method is fucking retarded. 1x sights are way too slow for the minimal zoom they provide, so it's impossible to get a consistent feeling from ACOG to Holo sight whereas games like CSGO, TF2, and Battlefield have it automatically set up to feel consistent across any zoom level.

yes there is.

>get a mic
i have one
i just too beta
especially since english isnt my first language

There is 1 aim down sight slider for 3 different scope sensitivities. Ironsight, Acog and Sniper Scope. I would be okay with 3 seperate sliders.

Fun concept
Fun to play casually
Netcode is shit
Like most esports most of the meta revolves around super speedy characters and high rof guns and playing it like Cod
Starter pack is a F2P grind
Devs got lucky and have no idea how to fix the mess they've made
Ubisoft ignored it until it's success and now want to squeeze as much cash out of it as they can
It was a fluke
Get it if you want the baby of RavenShield/CounterStrike
Avoid it if you can't handle it not being a direct sequel to Raven Shield because that dream is dead or a Vegasbaby

what the fuck are you talking about

A game that Ubisoft left for dead, then realized it was alive, then continued to give it zero budget or team increase to help it flourish proper.

It was shit. But then they fixed it. Then they fucked it up again with "features". The operators feature is the single worst feature in any game ever.

I could go for a Recruit-only mode. No gimmicks, just a choice of weapon loadout, that's it.

realistic counterstrike with hostages only

Yep. Exactly how I felt from the very first moment I played to the very last.
