I wouldn't agree with that at all, I would say MOST of the big VO's are easily recognized even when putting on a different voice or accent.
Its not a bad thing, its just you know then so you can pick up on some key points of their voice.

Being recognizable isn't the problem, with most of them I can still lose the voice actor in the character
It might not be her fault that Tiny Tina sounded like shit if she was directed to act her character like it's a zany "silly voice", it would have probably sounded grating whoever it was that did it
