Every time I see the words PS4 exclusive for "most" games, I just roll my eyes and wait for the inevitable port to other consoles/PC now.

I feel like there are lots of games that get announced at Sony shows and then get revealed to be multi plats hours later. So just sit tight and check devs's Twitters for clearer explanations.

Pretty much, aside from a few games like Persona 5 and Bloodborne (Which can change at any minute), they either get announced to be multi-platform within the first few months or in 2-3 years.
