It will be interesting to see how they handle combat, melee is by far the worst aspect of inFamous. I imagine its open world.

Looks like a darker take on the Way of the Samurai series. I dig it. Attacking dudes on horseback looks particularly cool.

Presentation/art is stunning. Hope the game actually lets you play in those locales. Wonder how well a western studio can do in a historical japanese game.

Their most recent projects have been their worst. They haven't made a truly great game since Sly. I got Second Son for free on PS plus and I still didn't finish it and I probably never will. It's really not good. As you admitted, it's generic as fuck and feels like a million other "superpowers in a city" games I've played.

Am I in some parallel universe? Infamous was a great sandbox. Infamous 2 was a straight up masterpiece. Only Second Son was mediocre.
