Not him but the game uses very blurry AA so it probably would look better without it. Use reshade to force something better or downsample.

Not really. You'll still need a small amount of post process shit like FXAA or SMAA to really get rid of the aliasing.

those lights have to be right on the other side of that glass. Stained glass doesn't do that otherwise.

Needs more chromatic aberration, you can sitll see the outlines of objects. The distortion on the UI isn't strong enough either, you can make it more pixelated. Best apply a CRT filter to it and then sharpen it so much until you can't read anything on it anymore.
