I never said anything about mortality, I just said the combat looks janky as fuck if you're outnumbered, almost impossible to play. The game should ramp up the difficulty considerably if you're outnumbered but still allow you to get out of a sticky situation through a skill-based combat system (reaction time, awareness).

jank means it's not smooth gameplay. an example of this is camera locking on one enemy in a third person game with low FOV when you're surrounded by them. A dodging system that's unreliable.
