Why aren't you playing on CEMU? The new version is out and got a 3-7% FPS increase. BOTW is fully playable now so are almost all games with a few exceptions. And if you get the FPS++ graphic pack even your old shit build can play this. Very simple to set this all up and get the games you need.

20 ~30 fps on a i5 4690K and GTX 970 at 4K. Rock solid 30 in shrines. You need a few fps boosting graphic packs tho, and a few easy tweaks. Base kit gives you 15~19 fps.

No. I get 14 FPS. CEMU hooks and speedhacks don't help. I can play other games like Mario 3D world and Toad Adventure in 60 FPS just fine though.

Local multiplayer works but the online for right now requires some stuff from your wii u.
Best way to do it is FPS++ Graphics pack, with 30fps Cap pack, GPU buffer accuracy to low & have a full shader cache for BOTW
It should run at a locked 30fps always if you have a good PC & there shouldn't be any stuttering
There is also a tool coming out that will allow the game to run at 60fps in shrines & the inventory screen, but still 30fps in the overworld, a good compromise, getting solid 60fps in overworld is near impossible atm

No, they're completely different. Gamecube, Wii, and Wii U use IBM's POWER architecture with custom GPUs and custom builds of OpenGL.
The Switch is pretty much a Nvidia Tegra X1, 2 ARM processors, each with 4 cores, and a Maxwell GPU.
CEMU will never support the Switch. You have to create a new emulator from scratch. Even then, you'd need an extremely powerful computer to run it. I wouldn't count on it being feasible until at least 2020.
It also took 10 years to get to a playable state.
CEMU did the same in a measly 2 years, and "le patreon xd" meme makes no sense since they release the latest build for free a day or two later.

CEMU delivers unlike Patreon scam games. I was born a little too young for Virtual GameStation/Bleem but I would pay money for a solidly-built emulator with regular updates.
This emulator is a piece of shit that only works for BotW. The Wii U had like 10 worthwile games and it can't even run all of them.
I still have my Wii U that can natively play Wii and GCN games and emulate every older Nintendo system except the 3DS and can play said games in bed or anywhere near my Wii U.
