either bc of the length of each game and bc of how team dependent on the team you are to win the game, like when you're playing the best you can but you can't win simply bc the rest of your team is shit

I believe it's because you spend almost half an hour to an hour of your full attention and energy trying to win, only for it all to be ruined by either your mistakes or a bad teammate's mistakes.

Really crushes the spirit

It's depressing because even if you do good, you can lose because of your team, and losing is not fun

I wish there were better F2P games, LoL and HotS are the only games I always come back because there are no better alternative

Because the games aren't fucking fun in their own right. The only fun you get out of them is your ability to stomp an opponent and win.

If you isolate your point of view to a single match you might end up dissatisfied based on result. When shit is rough consider it practice for handling tough games, if the game is already lost you can have more fun and throw caution to the wind.

I seriously don't understand what's appealing about MOBAS. I have several friends who started playing LoL and now have thousands accumulated over several years and haven't played any other games.

I play Battlerite, but it's frustrating too when you get bad teammates (I only play casual), I also get bored more quickly because champions are less diverse than LoL or HotS

Because PvP is terrible. What you really want is to have fun and make friends and PvP is the opposite of that. It is work. Next time you vidya pull up some comfy co-op or singleplayer and have a good time.

Agreed tower defense was way better.

Cause it's not just like losing a non-consequential match of CS 1.6 or some shit. It's your rating. You might crawl your way to a victory, and have the rating you just earned torn away because you were simply unfortunate enough to get queued into having 3-4 subhuman team mates that absoleutely assure that it's impossible to win.

But it doesn't stop there. You get to put up with them practically griefing you the entire time and on top of that the enemy team doesn't even sympathise with you. They're there to shit on you and try provoke you.

Your team can be the dumbest cunts on the planet and the enemy team won't even bother try finishing the match for 40 minutes so you get to put up with that stressful bullshit the entire time.

Matches aren't fun to win because you're playing with retards so it's unsatisfying and matches are stressful to lose because you're playing with retards.

I have like 4000 hours in dota and that never happened to me.
I'd random, hope I got earth spirit or brood mother and then just play a game.
If I decided to pick a hero I'd just pick earth spirit and kick people up cliffs and do fun shit like that.
Maybe the problem is you don't pick enjoyable heroes.
