Eastern teams are better when content is truly difficult and requires team morale and consistency.

I made my own yesterday with kill for an alt tag and ran it like 5 times. Did the same thing today but there's just no way to stay alive without a shield and full hp for the nukes and guess if any healer likes to stay in a group that has one special child that needs looking after.

Only got books from the two savages as well so that doesn't help at all.
Guess I'll have to wait till next week and run rabanastre until I get chests or legs and buy the missing one with creation.

I applaud his reason for playing DRK but I wish I could say I agree that it's fun. I prefer Heavensward's DRK. I really loved the way that job played and I miss it.

Dang I was hoping this would be the next A8S. That fight took over 3 weeks to clear and now this SUPER HARDCORE fight gets cleared almost instantly.

Well groups had to clear 3 other fights before they could tackle A8S. This is just 1 fight.

DRK is not optimal. The guy even said when asked why he brought DRK, "Because its more fun."

It took 16 days to clear A5S-A8S.

Really good statics won't mind picking up SAM honestly because top tier players who are bearable to speak with are already a rare commodity. You'll just have to deal with the a lot of party finder groups having the SAM slot already filled since its quite popular. I'm friends with a 99th percentile SAM and he's basically saying to actually get into good groups you have to stand out as an unusually good SAM

What's the appeal of becoming world first again? At least in e-sports I can understand trying hard to become the best you will get necessary compensation for it. In world first achievements, seems it's only relevant reputation wise in a niche MMO that no one in the real world would give a fuck about. All that work for pretty much nothing

I play EU to NA on drg and have about 80 ping and do about 4.2-4.5k in raids at my 331 gear level ass. What level is your gear?

Well that 99th percentile guy is Aussie so he's got horrible ping too. But from the gist of it (I play healer so don't deal with this stuff) the most common reasons for shitter performance is low casts per minute and unoptimised melee uptime because people don't take risks and learn when you can and can't squeeze in an extra GCD.

It used to be i331 with a i320 Susano weapon, but I just upgraded to the i330 creation weapon yesterday and am now i334.

I would recommend looking up a SAM guide and hitting a training dummy until you get used to your rotation without having to think about it. DRG is pretty effortless for me now but I'm trying to learn BRD And WAR at the same time and BRD is fucking me up a little because it has constant procs to look at plus DoT uptime and song management

However, a speed run comp for familiar farm content is not the same thing as the best comp for progression fights. But this nuance is lost on your average shitter.
