I'm sorry but this was the greatest wow expansion released to this day if you don't agree you're just being a nostalgia fag don't bother replying saying this post is bait because it's not.

This expac made me come back solely for the ERP

Anyone else?

it was garbage because it pandered to weebshit casuals and didn't have a good antagonist. literally worse than cataclysm.

but that's not WotLK, user!

good you're objectively wrong and give me a perfect reason to sage

garbage thread

MoP had a sort of similar problem that Cata had, which was a lack of 'direction'.
With Cata, Deathwing was burning down the world and we fucked off underwater, underground, ancient egypt, some dwarven area, all the time wondering why we weren't focusing our efforts in stopping the seemingly critical and immediate threat.

With MoP there was a similar problem except with MoP there was no immediate threat. So we were just fucking around Pandaria wondering what we were even doing. The Sha only gained a little bit of relevance after Jade Forest and then was forgotten for several zones right up until the end of the expansion. No idea why we were warding off mantids and lion people, I still don't remember what the fuck we were doing.

Haven't played WoD after I heard about time travel shenanigans, that's when the series jumped the shark. And Legion was like a bunch of irrelevant adventures in space so I skipped that as well.

Wotlk was the last decent expansion. Hoping BfA can inject some real adventure back into the game.

I absolutely hated it at first, but then it grew on me.
Setting is charming, they gave a really cool and goofy background to newly introduced races which ultimately blended well in the Warcraft universe.
That and the fact that it kinda stepped back a little to WotlK from Cata gameplay wise.

I don't care because there was never a good WoW expansion.

BFA seems to be headed the same way Legion is right now.
There's some additions but very little changes (except for the world pvp thing) announced so far.

Best PVP cant comment on anything else.

OP in a nutshell

...

Wrath is the best

So good people pretend it never happened, even the cinematics won't ever show a panda

It's certainly the best incarnation of WoW this decade. They tried hard and introduced a lot of new features and aesthetics, and some of them were genuinely interesting, even if a bunch failed. Now they just play it safe with variations on existing content which is doled out in tiny amounts compared to Panda.

No seriously, go check the size of the Jade Forest zone. It's almost as big as all 4 levelling zones of Broken Isles put together.

6 (six) new races!

There will soon be one flavour of elves for each gender that exists!

I don't want autistic panda furries running around in my game. Worgens were already trash enough in Cata.

And now apparently they have Blood/Night elf Edgy demonlord class, and are adding even EDGIER versions of both elves to either factions? What the fuck? It was already really bad when horde was swarmed with faggy belfs back in BC. I can't even imagine what it would be like now.

I can see it now.

>Enter Orgrimmar
>Nothing but a giant mob of Blood Elves wearing black&red armor, Blood elf demon hunters wearing black &green armor with edgy wings, and Nightborne elves wearing black&purple armor
>Warchief is also an elf (sylvanas)

>No orcs, tauren, trolls, or forsaken in sight

Can someone give me the run down on monks these days? Why are they the least class played?

Yeah, no, wrath was better
