They don't directly say "USA" but its pretty obvious that's who they are talking about

Just a heads up, cross saves apparently don't work if only one version has the pre order dlc. I just recently bought it for ps4 so I don't have to worry about it, just wanted to throw that out there. Googled it and just learned people had problems with that. idk if it also includes the other free dlc that was released

Now I have em and usually have multiple level ups from regular battles just as the story goes along, don't bother with a full battle team of suka/numemon either, just one numemon at 99 with three tact usbs and usbs on the rest of my team
