The cemu version works like a charm. I already finished it on cemu when it was still said to run badly on it but it was already alright. By now it's in a good state, tested it recently.

Can you just download the Wii U Emulator somewhere easily or nah?

The rights to publish 2 were bought by nintendo after it was cancelled
and it was a good move, it got me to buy that fucking piece of shit wii u that's now collecting dust
but nintendo don't really do PC ports for the most part, and the entire purpose of them buying and publishing 2 was to sucker sad faggots like me into buying a wii u to play that fucking game
so the best we can hope for is probably a switch port, but that has been teased by kamiya so maybe one day we can play bayo 2 in 60fps

We don't know the full terms of the deal. The franchise is still owned by Platinum. For all we know Nintendo helped fund it and only got a timed exclusive, perhaps a really fucking long term timed exclusive. By the time it runs outs Nintendo will have already milked as much as they possibly can out of it.

There's always game ports that come out of fucking nowhere that nobody expected or thought possible. People said never ever on Nioh and thats coming to PC in about 12 hours. Even in the case where Nintendo does have life time exclusivity to the title Platinum always has the potential to buy their rights back to it. Nobody will ever know if it could come to PC until Platinum makes the decision to do so and announces it.

It's free and even legal to download, the newest stable build is just patreon exclusive for a week or so but even that one gets a crack before it becomes public.

Sometimes the audio bugs on my machine, it makes a very loud repeating sound loop which results in a complete freeze in a couple minutes.
Also sound and picture desyncs during cutscenes.
I am using an old ass i5 4570, but the game still runs at a respectable 45-60 fps

well that's wrong for a start. I'm not sure Platinum own any of their own games.
and all indication is that Bayonetta 2, as a game, is owned by Nintendo. I expect a Switch port, but short of Sega buying the second game off of Nintendo, I don't see it coming anywhere else.
