That's an issue that only starts with PPT.
All the other characters have unique personalities and things going on, it's just that Sega is too fucking busy grappling with the autistic 24 limit to actually develop any of them.

Therefore, it's "arles". "arle's" implies that something is possessed by arle. I do, yes. The story's cute and sometimes kinda interesting, and it doesn't take much time to read them since they're mostly just short skits. The characters are also great too outside of the dub excluding oshare and maguro because not even the dub fucked up gay skeleton and ballcup boy
