What are some games that make you feel like a mental manlet?

What are some games that make you feel like a mental manlet?
Dwarf Fortress isn't difficult, it's just ass to look at. But even if you get past the ass, you have the worst, most boring, piece of shit designed UI. I could forgive everything about the music and world and graphics, if the UI wasn't ass. But it is ass. So I refuse to play it any more. Until then, I await the mythical announcement of a proper DF clone, that has all the depth and everything.
This. It's easy to learn the controls but it's tedious as fuck to memorize what inconsequential action every key does. I'd rather just play RimWorld or something.
The point of the talking was op is brainlet for dwarf fortress. Fuck are you two stupidly needy
lol backseat OP
any grand strategy games. Too lazy to even get past through the tutorial.
Bought hearts of iron 3 once. Attempted to play for like 2 hours and never touched it again.
Unironically Overwatch
I wish my mind could actually handle Strategy Games. I can only think in the current turn and the enemy phase, I can't plan more than 1 turn ahead.
It carries on past games, IRL I lost at fucking connect 4 10x in a row while drunk with co-workers.
>mental manlet
well your going to be waiting till your dead as there will never be a "proper" DF clone and the UI isn't going to be fixed until after 1.0 most likely, and thats at least 20 years in the future.
>Game has "survival elements"
BRB changing my name to Rick
DF is easy. Just memorizing the controls is hard, after that the strategy is dead simple.
Fighting games, can't be arsed to learn all the combos
X2 Terran Conflict, or Prelude or whatever.
I thought it’d be like a 3D Escape Velocity game with property management thrown in. But instead, I found out that it was a massively complex economic space empire builder and sim with fucktons of layers.
To this day, I haven’t tried to seriously get into it.
wizardry 6
You are confusing being dumb with just being an impatient baby conditioned for action 24/7.
Get a fucking tileset and learn to play you sperg. It's not hard. Learning how to operate the menus is 50% of the difficulty, learning how to not die within months is 50% of the !!xFUNx!!.
None. I am a genius.
Try X3 I agree X3 is hard to get into but it's really fun once you get your little manufacturing empire going.
I made a mosquito missile factory, space just never ran low on mosquito missiles after that.
This is going to sound ridiculous, but the dungeons/caves in Oblivion and Skyrim make me feel so retarded. It's always the puzzle of a gate blocking your path, and the switch to open it is somewhere close by. But I can never find that fucking switch, the cave is dark and the switch just blends in with everything else. I will go all around the fucking cave/tomb looking for that thing.
>I will go all around the fucking cave/tomb looking for that thing.
This is your fucking issue, the games were made for literal idiots, don't assume the devs will hide the switch.
Factorio. I take forever to set up factories that are even remotely efficient. I watched a video that showed how to efficiently produce petroleum gas, and the guy showed how he figured out the ratios. I doubt I would have ever figured it out for myself.
I feel like, if I could be assed, Dwarf Fortress would be like Cities Skylines to me. At first I had no clue what I was doing, but after figuring out a couple of things the rest came naturally. Now It's too easy, although still quite fun. Dwarf Fortress doesn't seen fun enough to be worth it.
Anyone have a recommendation for a more challenging city builder that remains at least moderately challenging when you have a good grasp on the mechanics? Does any of the Skylines DLC help?
Any RTS game.
