One of the autistic vidya things I do is that I often
turn on invisible mode and roleplay as the bad guy in goldeneye. I'll usually talk to all of the guards and accuse them of being a traitor. I'd then self-insert as the guard and defend myself. Then I'd shoot the guard in the head for betraying the clan.

I mean, is it inconceivable that this is the way things should be, but aren't right now? The way you're describing this system sure sounds nice, but there isn't any measure put in place that actually guarantees the perfect amount of jobs for each respective age/experience/education. This just seems like an incredibly unstable situation where any change in the economy would guarantee a domino effect affecting everyone up to upper middle class (like the last twenty fucking years).
