It's pretty alright. I've not read the manga and I'm only up to Jagi, but it follows the important events of the manga up until Raohs final fight apparently. It's just cutscenes then puts you into the level to fight a few enemies and/or a boss and then you're onto the next cutscene. You have a good amount of attacks despite only using 3 face buttons. Movement feels a little awkward to position correctly to attack with, but it's alright. Worth trying out, I think.

In my opinion, its one of the finest games ever made.
The gameplay can be a little repetitive and the facial animation is FUCKED, but the story is excellent, the music is great, the world building is superb, and I had a lot of fun all around even with the samey combat.

Yeah, it's pretty fun. The ai isn't that great, but can also shoot you before you or they turn a corner. It can get rough. The weapons feel and sound really good too and with the blood effects, it's fun to just shoot shit. A lot of the dialogue is pretty funny too.
It can be pretty annoying to set up though. I basically followed what this guy did towards the start of the video and everything but the music is working fine. I just have to hide my mouse cursor before I start the game. youtu.be
