Decided to try it out so currently installing this at about 80%. Any tips or tricks I should know or should I go into it blind? Fun classes? I don't know anything about it.

i tried to have fun as well but it is simply too awful, the voice acting is terrible, animations all terrible, gameplay absolutely clunky, this game is a MEME

It's a shitty fun game. Enjoy it.

Don't delay the main story while you do literally everything else. I have a tendency to do this as most games lock content based on main story progression. This is not one of those games. You'll just end up an invincible god in chapter 1 with no character progression to look forward to, and you'll lose motivation to complete the game.

right at the first encounter i cringed hard the protag tries to attack some random guy, randum guy punches him in the face, he falls unconscious, wake up, the two rant on bullshit, random guy invites him to a hidden fort or something because he was there the whole time for that reason and they are now best friends why not
protag is voiced by someone who was holding a fart
everything you do is clunky and unresponsive
animations were probably all done by hand,they are awful, and there isnt even animation when you stand still, the character stays stiff as a rock

i dont know anything about the lore further on but all the rest is pure shit

From my point of view I feel the game is trying to do things a lot of games in the same vein have done a lot better. The game is about as bland as the voice actor of the protag. I'm playing through it currently, the game play doesn't feel very satisfying. The graphics look like they were optimized for a 360 circa 2011. The characters are all very boring and I don't feel attached to any of them. The HUD looks like an early xbox games HUD. Lets not mention how buggy the game can be at times. It feels like a game that could've been great if had just been polished. Also, the dialogue and animations are just horrendous.
