Will Alan Wake ever get a sequel?
Will Alan Wake ever get a sequel?
It already did
this game is fucking garbage.
This. Also this """""""game"""" not on steam so it doesn't exist to begin with.
I wish. It is such a great game. And the OST is dope.
Are you fucking retarded?
Sam Lake has promised a sequel, and I trust him, so I think we will one day.
why is it not a game?
>it's not a game because it has repetitive combat
this is a dumb argument
>play through episodes 1-4
>start with enthusiasm but slowly get bored
>play through 5 thinking it's the last one and get relieved it's finally over
>find out there's a 6th one, play through it in bits bored to sleep just because I came so far and wanted to know the ending
>ending isn't even a fucking ending, 2 bonus episodes get revealed
Uninstalled and never played again, fuck this stupid ass game.
>Also this """""""game"""" not on steam
Are you a dumbcunt?
It already did, Alan Wake's American Nightmare.
scroll down a bit man, they took it off because of music licensing.
Are you a dumbcunt?
People that hate this game must hate fun.
Sure it's not the most engaging game mechanically, but if you can't get immersed in that top tier comfy setting, with the amazing art design and fun characters then I don't know, desu..
I replay this game at least once a year, I love it that much.
I want a Punished Alan WOKE
hurdur
holy shit, I want this too. Alan Woke, years passed since the original he became a poltard and the shadowy and evils of the world are liberals and their influence on writing
>Walk into diner
>monologue: "I'd seen diners like this one before... before, when things were better. Why is the cashier a nigger? This is a small rural town, it doesn't make sense, the story is contrived, they're twisting words to fit their agenda"
>Sure it's not the most engaging game mechanically
And this is what video games are. Interaction. If a video game fails at engaging its user thorough its gameplay, then it has failed. And Alan Wank is textbook failure regarding gameplay.
It's still interactive even if it can't mechanically stand up to a game like Dark Souls. To me, there's more to games than gameplay, there's a great deal of games where the whole is stronger than the sum of its parts, and that describes Alan Wake. Everything else is so engaging that I can forgive the formulaic gameplay because I'm still engaged in its world.
