Looks like shit compared to other open world games but that is to be expected considering it probably had like a tenth of the budget, if even that. Lighting looks great at moments but beyond that it looks like a 2007 game.

Because i love how the game looks although it has some 2007 graphics. The game looks nice and it runs constantly on 110-120 fps without huge breakdowns. That's important for me. And i want you to know that you can remove the fog. The game looks so much better without it.

Adding a sharpening filter doesn't suddenly make it good.

I didn't say I don't want any vibrant colors. Just not overly vibrant all the time.

It's mostly the grass. If there is nothing around the grass, it just looks flat and boring because nothing is casting a shadow on it. Breath of the Wild suffers from the same problem. Both games really needed something to break it up. When the grass is surrounded by trees, however, it looks great, referring to both TW3 and BOTW.
