Zombies is amazing, that’s the only reason I bought the game it’s actually enjoyable doing the easter eggs

What is exactly is so bad about it? I'm playing it and am enjoying it. The campaign was a step in the right direction while normal multiplayer is pretty much ok so far

the connection, the sound design, the division system, and the sprint-out speed combine to make this the worst cod mp probably ever. it's worse than infinite warfare and definitely worse than ghosts. there is nothing redeemable in the mp and i don't even dislike the maps really.

Is it just me or is the sound design really, really awful? Like inexcusably so for an AAA title?

In some missions/scenes it seems like some sounds are flat out missing and the sound effects that are there have a really hollow sound, I guess. I don't know, it's weird. Gun sounds are pretty bad too, Garand sounds like a pistol rather than a rifle.

no low-end, very poor directional/proximity sound, and very odd levels.
it is absolutely baffling that teammate footsteps are as high in the mix as they are. i also don't need nonstop explosions in the ambient sound on most maps, and i definitely don't need to hear my character gasping for air every time i sprint five feet. it's truly a fucking mess of sound design

It is in the singleplayer. They made some black wizz kid win the battle of the bulge single handedly. There comes a point where you go from well intentioned inclusiveness to offensively rewritting history, and they crossed it.
