Who the fuck is that girl supposed to be
>not knowing one of the greatest waifus
Hitman doesn't really work as anything but a game.
Sure, they could make it so that each episode is a different job, but how fun would it be to watch 47 go through the motions and preparations instead of playing as him doing it?
Is that a FAMAS?
you would think these fucking people would learn by now.
This.
As much as i've enjoyed each and every Hitman game, bar Absolution, I can't see it ever translating well to television or film.
Now Kane & Lynch, that shit should have been a film or television series since day 1.
Snifffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
It could be great if they just do it like a james bond movie with less action scenes and more strategy scenes. Hitman is the James Bond of videogames: Secret agents, exotic places, crazy villians, etc.
>I can't see it ever translating well to television or film.
Did you not see the movie? There is a movie if you don't know, you should watch it. It's shit
There are two movies, and both fail at understanding what hitman is about in every way.
I loved the games but a show about a guy with zero character killing dudes for money sounds pretty damn boring. Still people watch police procedurals and boring-ass shows about mafia/jail/serial killers so who am I to judge?
It would work if the important/interesting thing was not agent 47, but the people he has to kill.
It's a fucking gun. WA2000 ever heard of it faggot?
a new fetish has been found
This guy gets it.
Make it like the first Terminator movie. Have the targets be the protagonists, while 47 is some slasher flick villain who spends the entire episode stalking them.
You know, that would actually work.
It would even make for a bit of a game for the viewer to piece together how 47 did the job and all the people that were actually him during an episode.
If it's shit like the two movies then NO PLEASE NO
Would watch.
? James bond games are the James bond of videogames.
Its not as if its a big well known gun. The thing only sold 176 units
They should unironically do this and double down on the idea that the viewer should try and figure each episode out and direct the episodes with that in mind.
I watched the Agent 47 movie and the coolest part of it was when he was just hunting them down. Soon as he grabs the girl and starts his wee quest to keep her alive it gets shite
...
>By the guy who wrote & directed John Wick
He can do action and operating well, but I doubt he can do much of a story.
The world of the movie is damn interesting though.
>mfw operating operationally while eating ass
everyone hates the first movie for no reason
It was as good a hitman movie as you can expect it to ever be
>short film
>whole thing is a single take following a VIP as he arrives at a bustling nightclub
>see 47 arriving too but he's not the focus of the shot
>VIP goes up to manager's office to meet the manager
>they talk about their illicit dealings, set the guy up as a real piece of shit (drugs, human trafficking)
>waiter comes over to bring them drinks, it's 47
>guy we're following leaves the room to take a phone call
>bouncer is gone but he doesn't think anything of it
>goes back into the office
>nightclub manager is dead in his chair, camera pans around our protag to reveal 47 behind him, fibre wire oustretched/supressed silverballer aimed at head
>close up shot of protag'sface as he falls to the floor
>camera then pans up to 47 and starts to follow him as he leaves
>as he leaves we hear a female voice over comms
>"Excellent work 47, both targets eliminated. The money has been wired to your account."
>as he passes through an alley on his way out, we see the unconscious bodies of the waiter and bouncer with 47's suit next to them
>quick pan away as he changes, then he walks around a corner and out of sight
>movie about a hitman only has one hit
>it fails
...
I only see it somewhat working if you dont follow him but someone after him like a high ranking detective, with him making subtle appearences now and then. The more into the show you would get the more you would learn about 47's past.
In the end the main character would be at the climatic event of assassination strings of 47, becoming part of the situation, like if he was part of the shootout in the white house in the Blood Money storyline. The truth of all the assassinations and how they were connected (like in all Hitman games) would be revealed.
This is basicly the closest I can think of to it kind of working, but its still a rather cliche way of telling a story.
Me on the right
Did the movies actually sell or something?
This. 47 works better as a force of nature than being the protagonist.
yup. they both made profit
