Im looking for a good looking RPG to sink some time in it
Let's make a recommendations thread
FFXV :^)
Not MMO :) just RPG
What kind of RPG?
...
Any game like this pic that gives off that "progress games have made" feel? Shit like Prey where the mirrors worked or shit like FEAR when the lighting was dynamic and could be fucked with via physics.
I like grindy games with a loot system.
Whatever you've got, something where I can choose a race or class, many options, whatever there is
Diablo
Oooh sorry. There you go ;^)
played all diablo games and borderlands
what else? im thinking about division but its ubisoft so im worried
fun games with attractive protagonists. preferrably customization.
The new Destiny until you get a purple/yellow you like.
Planescape Torment
I like games where I can feel like a one man army and be in some fast paced combat.
Sorta like MGR, RE6.
played the first destiny, didnt like it so i avoided the second one
i would recommend bethesda rpgs, but everyone's played those. aside from that, wasteland 2 is amazing and so is the witcher 3.
I just want a good RPG with lots of PvE content to play with other people.
Shit I've already played
>TESO
>WoW
>FF11
>FF14
>EVE
>Destiny
>Destiny 2
>Warframe
>EQ1
>EQ2
>Albion Online
>NeverWinter Online
>LOTRO
>ArcheAge
>Black Desert
>Dragon Nest
>Mobius FF
>RIFT
.TERA
>Vindictus
>WildStar
>Aion
>Guild Wars
>Guild Wars 2
>SWG
>SWtOR
>Kritika
>The Division
>Skyforge
>The Secret World
>PSO 1/2
>PSOnline
>Revelation Online
>Riders of Icarus
>Runescape
>Wurm Online
>Project Gorgon
Plus a good bit of shit that doesn't fully exist at all anymore. I just am honestly sick of PvP.
Is Ghost Recon: Wildlands good if i want games with loads of gun customization?
No More Heroes
Thanks
I'm also in this state, my only hope is someday, being able to play Lost Ark Online in the west, but I don't think it happens
It's pretty meh. The games pretty and it can be fun, but it has no substance to really pull you in as unlocks, unlock and then force you to go to a certain point on the map to grab it.
Mmo only? If not there's Divinity OS 2 but it's 4 people max I think
Any online game with your brehs
I have it, I bought it on release. It's a great game but I can't really get into it once I found out that there's a very low level cap and no grinding.
I'm okay with small group games, since I like the Monster Hunter style games. But I've played those plus all the clones on PC.
what about Division?
Tell me more about those clones
Already put 115 hours into it. It's listed towards the bottom.
I'm at 75 hours in D2 right now, but outside of weekly shit not much left besides finishing my second class.
recommendation please
I need an MMO with tons of multiplayer activity that I can ignore and play solo in spite of
Caveat, can't be a korean grinding game
now that i think about it, there's barely any shooter games with a loot system.
I need kind of a grindy shooter, third or first person, preferably with lots of guns/guns customization. Not Borderlands
Tried Ghost Recon Wildlands but it's insanely boring after a little while. I tried Far Cry 4 but the game causes nothing but issues for me, and won't save my progress. I've tried every solution and nothing changes, nothing works. Really bummed me out because I was excited for that one.
Any similar games/recommendations? Singleplayer only if possible.
Total war warhammer 2
For PC.
>God Eater's basically three different levels of anime Monhun with floaty combat and a bullet customising feature that is way too good.
>Toukiden's 100% that one Japanese monster hunter village in visuals with combat that's okay I guess. Only played the demo, didn't really like it.
Bonus clones worth checking out.
>Freedom Wars is totally amazing until you realise how repetitive it is and that there is like 5 enemy types.
>Ragnarok Odyssey Ace is clunky unfair combat that's somehow fun with top of the line music.
>Soul Sacrifice is Grimm's Fairy Tales turned up past 11 with 10/10 voice actors (most of the time).
New Sword Art Online game looks like Freddom Wars too, and there's also some other edgy looking dragon one I'm waiting for a sale of to try out. Might've forgotten a few.
E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy
Has respawning enemies and a suprising amount of depth to research and customization
borderlands?
Visually impressive, mechanically acceptable 3rd person RPG. MMO's need not apply.
Torchlight 2 is pretty grindy if you wanna go elite endgame.
HIGH SPEED ROBOT ACTION
I forgot to mention it, but yes, 1 and 2. I've no real interest in the prequel.
SD SNATCHER
or y'know, just plain Snatcher.
