I picked up BBCSE in preparation for this.
I never got into fighting games so I wanted at least some basic experience, and so far I'm loving it far more than expected.
I'm pretty excited and hope there are cute girls to maul people with.

Tokyo Xanadu was released but I'm pretty sure they ran out of budget for QA early on in the game. It isn't an exaggeration to say that from when you get your 3rd party member onward, the translation becomes increasingly worse. By the half-way mark onward, textbox glitches, awkward translations, spacing issues, and untranslated cutscenes were appearing more often than not, and from the last quarter of the game to the end, there was very few lines unaffected. Even the ending credits had no audio throughout the entire thing. It was legitimately a terrible translation.

Not him, but I've been using mizuumi wiki for references. I think they at least have some 2A starters for everyone by now.

I have a terrible disposition in trying to out-think my match-up and move like 3-4 steps ahead, only to fuck up and fall on the 2nd step. It happens to be a lot too.

Literally, that's where I've been practicing, but cool, I was using the right resource at least.
I've looked at some of them there, but I'm not used to numbers yet, so I've been sticking with mission mode combos.

Mizuumi is honestly the only up-to-date site for the game at the moment. But mission modes 4-x mission series is where things get optimal whereas the 3-x missions are a bit more basic.
