Team based games are for the lowest of low IQs. Also I've never played one and not had atleast 1 salty person on my team or the enemy team being overall mad and negative after losing.

Team games bring out the most egotistical fucks because its easy for someone to get decent but build up a ego and blame the times that should've humbled them on their teammates. Its also beyond maddening to me to lose when i'm doing super well in games like OW designed to punish you based on 1 bad teammate or retarded mechanics like ults. I don't want to blame people like idiots because I gain nothing and win or lose I don't feel all that powerful because my individual effort feels capped.

I prefer the inevitable, crushing victory brought on by superior coordination and tactics even though the enemy has a few players who are obviously way better than us being dragged down by shitter teammates they refuse to help.

I don't particularly care about winning, personal improvement is more important. I guess a clutch win makes it feel more like you won through skill and outplaying, but the way games are these days the majority of competitive games are down to chance. I'd rather lose and learn something than get a clutch victory because my opponent fucked up.
