Almost 200 hours of Rabi-Ribi and I bought it last month.

My top played games is a really bad indicator of what I actually play. I tend to not dedicate hundreds of hours to a single game.

My CS:S time is actually closer to 500 hours, I had around 400 hours on Xfire back in the day. My TF2 time is also probably closer to 300-400 hours but I mostly played both of those way before steam started tracking time.

Not yet, but I really enjoyed Insurgency and it's by the same devs so I'll most likely enjoy it. Simply haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of those DoD:S hours were over the course of some 6 years.

I went back and made sure I could go from each starting difficulty and make it to the final black phase, then still survive a minute (or more) of it. I still open it once every few months to play for maybe half an hour. It's fun.
