Anime tiddies sell more though. They're like marketing. Money you put into marketing isn't lost, you can recoup it. If it worked anyway. Anime tiddies may allow a game to have a larger budget than it would have had otherwise if this was properly taken into consideration.

how can you say that when they don't even model daidouji's abs properly (it being just a texture over a regular body) or the fact that most of the girls have about the same model proportions? or even that they don't have nipple bumps etc. the anime tiddies are a selling point, but definitely not the focus
