Go to this from bloodborne

>go to this from bloodborne
>you don't get life back from attacking and you only have 3 healing items to start with
>have to go back to replenish them after every 10 enemies but the enemies respawn when you do
>parrying is way riskier, doesn't stagger enemies like shooting does so you if you fail them you get hit (or the ineffectual in between where you still get hurt a bit but you don't stagger and it sounds like your shield blocked something) contributing to the lack of healing annoyance
>stats are clusterfuck
wtf is this shit?

Awe bbe has to try to beat a big boi game?

can you imagine being so casual that dark souls 3 is hard?

ds3 has always been the hardest for me

bloodborne has rally + I find aggressive tactics to be easier than rolling 7 times in a row before being able to land a hit on a boss

dark souls 1 & 2 are piss easy, you can block everything and even without blocking the boss attacks are extremely slow and telegraphed

Sorry you don't get 20 blood vials every checkpoint

Dark Souls 3 is meant to be played like Bloodborne to a certain extent.
Get a straight sword. Seriously, just farm the hollows near the start for the longsword or just buy the short sword. You can also grab the astora straight sword.

Pick pyromancer. Level up dex to 10, vigor to 20, faith to 15, attunement to have 3 slots.
Then whatever else you want. I'd go with endurance to 15 then some more intelligence/faith.

Your goal is to farm the hollows outside for the chime they drop. The weapon art > estus flasks. Set it at Andre so it's 2 estus flasks to 3 (do the jump to get the first estus shard above firelink) ashen estus flasks.

Eventually (seriously, just spam fireballs at the sword master ((aka naked katana man to the left of firelink)) until he dies, then summon him outside of Vordt and just throw fireballs at Vordt), go to undead settlement, unlock the girl there, buy med heal, attune med heal, keep three regular estsus flasks, congrats, you won the fucking game.

Seriously, miracles are better for healing since they cost fp but one ashen flask gives like 3 fucking med heals that heal like 5 times more int total than 3 estus.

Get your faith up to 10 if it isn't already and you can cast heal, that will give you the equivalent of 2 or 3 more vials

Git gud faggot.

>the easiest soulsbourne
lmao
also some nice bait there autistic pc fat
would take hours of autism and loneliness to come up with that...

>Dark Souls 3 is meant to be played like Bloodborne to a certain extent
>meant to be

woah there partner

there is a reason that there are like 40 different ultra/great weapons

But did you plat it in 10 days?

and they all have the same moveset
wow
a retard
(special attacks dont add variety even in PvP as they are all easily dodged)

If you play like this you are guaranteed to ruin the fun for yourself. Seriously, >farming

Nigga you crazy. I just replayed all three of the ds games and ds1 and 2 are way harder than ds3. ds3 is a fucking cakewalk in comparison, I can fucking roll around enemies forever and almost never have to actually get hit. The rolling in the first two was so much more deliberate and less mobile and took way more stamina it meant you couldn't just panic roll away from every enemy in the game if you needed to. Also a shields are way more effective in 3 as way more enemies are just completely open for attack after being blocked it's pathetic.

>blocks your block

>consoleplebits attempt to play a real game
>this happens
why am I not surprised?

>wears Veldstat's helmet
Psh nothing personal kid

Although he is one of my fav fights in the game, right up there with burnt ivory king

Most of them all have the same moveset. Outside of "this scales differently" or "this does a certain bit of elemental damage", they're basically the same.
Hell, look at the fucking kirkhammer. If it were done as Dark Souls 3 does it, it's more or less "here's a greathammer with 20 variations, that all do within 50 points of damage but look different!"

It's farming in the fucking tutorial area. And even then it's just for the fucking chime to get the to use the weapon art since it's the most useful heal in the game.

fume greatsword is so goddamned gay. fuck night slayer tsorig
>he starts charging like the gayboy he is
>roll to the left
>he perfectly tracks you and hits you with some weird stab you'd never expect to see from a giant sword
>go from 80 % hp to dead
seriously fuck that fucking guy

Miracles require stat investment to be actually good. Both faith and attunement.
Estus flasks require no stats, heal faster than the fastest healing miracle in the game, and don't use any FP.
Filthy clerics

>Not loving the FUGS

You a bitch boi?

You realize that med heal at 15 faith heals far, far more with one ashen flask than one estus flash ever does, yes?
You equip a sage ring and get an opening (you know, the massive fucking openings that every enemy has so you roll away once or twice and then heal?) but stand there and just use a heal.

And no, not cleric.
Pyromancer.

fume users are obviously compensating for something. I exclusively use the broadsword since it was the stubbies 1h I could find

>you don't get life back from attacking and you only have 3 healing items to start with

Too hard for you, bloodbaby?

m8 if you even need to heal THAT fucking much then you're probably not playing the game right lmao
fucking clerics, man...

I keep trying to replay bloodborne, but after an exhausting 1st playthrough a year ago, I just can't do it. My first character was spec'd so that I could at least try each weapon. I can't get past the beast segment of the game. It's so boring.

But I can play ds3 all day. Idkw.

>play DS3
>pick Knight and firegem start
>one of the best armors and weapons in the game with a firegem that's strong against all early enemies
>can upgrade weapon and shield instantly with Lothric gear
>stamina management is gone, I can roll and R1 as much as I want with impunity
>get shards out the ass and life back with free sips

>rally mechanic rewards aggressiveness in a faster game where shields are almost never used
>being so bad that you run out of estus between bonfire

Equipping a shield is basically easymode in Dark Souls

Do "people" actually do this?
Just pick the branch. It's the best gift and gives you immunity to the giant arrows
Then just pick up the deep battleaxe in lothric highwall and use that for a bit.

BB -- kiddie-ware
DS -- adult entertainment

Yeah, in Dark Souls.
Not in Dark Souls 3.
Shields are cumbersome and not really worth the trouble in 3 I find. Just roll. You have infinite rolls anyways might as well abuse it.

>there is a reason that there are like 40 different ultra/great weapons
And they all fucking suck

Das3 has the worst viability in the entire series, you're pigeon-holed into using fast weapons, namely longswords as nothing else quite comes into effectiveness until very late. It's an extremely boring replay, whereas every other game in the series has fun new ways to play right from the beginning of the game.

Nah although it's true rolls are easier so many basic enemies are basically mitigated as a threat entirely with a shield in ds3. Most of the fast ones will attack the shield bounce off it and then just leave themselves open to attack.

>branch is the best gift
>literally only useful for a single small area that anyone with a brain can get through without being hit
lmao I'd rather just take the souls or life ring
a fire enchant also staggers warp dogs

Bloodborne was awful, never even played this.

> zero story
> painfully linear
> almost zero music
> boring combat
> pretentious dialogue
> holds your hand every step of the way
> can be completed about 6 times in a single day
> dull grey environment

I went in blind and platinumed it in 10 days, never having played a Souls game before.

>And they all fucking suck
you fucking suck retard
i've just finished a vordt's grethammer run and it was such a ridiculous easy mode going back to longswords feels like playing with toothpicks

>easiest soulsbourne
He already played Bloodborne though.

See

I see this in practically every single Souls thread.

There are many pretenders.

das3 is an overall weak mixture of das and bb, that's why it's hard getting (back) into it, given that you've enjoyed Bb

Umm, no sweetie. It's actually three areas, but enjoy your 2k souls/30 hp!
