If you like xenoblade 1 and X I don't see why you wouldn't enjoy this. Those games don't score all too high on metacritic, and I'll expect this one to score even worse because of all the anime tropes that will alienate some journos.

IGN and others will make it 7.5/10 instead of 9/10 because of the new anime artstyle. Also an extra .5 minus for too sexy women and boob physics. I predict 6.5 or 7/10 across the board and a 72 metacritic score.

NoA got its balls cut when it comes to that after the utter PR failures that were FE:Fates, XCX, #FE and Bravely Second's censorships. They didn't manage to make the main branch allow them to alter the assets of a single switch game so I highly doubt you'll see it now especially days before release.
