My guess is 3-5 years.

League is pretty strong right now, I give it another 6 years maybe

but now that I think of it, it's gonna be 10th anniversary in 2-3 years, isn't it? Then it's definitely going to be at least 5 years until people start leaving.

Because it's been around and very alive for a fairly impressive time for a multiplayer video game and I'm legitimately curious for how much longer will it survive?

I would give it a conservative 3 to 5 years based on how stagnant the competitive scene is. If we see a rise in the number of international events (Rift Rivals, etc) I think we'll see more variety that will keep players coming. Ultimately though, if the same teams from the same region continue to win most major events, I don't see the game lasting for more than another few years.

Does anyone have an account they are not using? I wont steal it or anything, i just wanna play and have some champs and not have to grind for them for half a year.

Getting your account to lv 30 and getting some champs is easier than ever now though. They just revamped the system.

Mobas are here to stay. Even a fucking W3 custom map got their own client and become a fucking monster.

Mobas are the new MMOs, and even LOL and DOTA will live even when the genre isn't popular anymore, just like WOW

It is kept alive by the Chinese. Most of them will get a good enough computer to run PUBG in a few years and then lol will die out.
And remember that the number of accounts is bigger than the number of active accounts and people usually have at least two or three accounts.

With the new rune system it might actually be fun to start fresh. There is no need to rush lvl 30 to have all masteries and runes unlocked because they are gone.

It will die in 2 minutes at best
