which final fantasy games have job classes like Bravely Default had? Based on this image, III does, what else? Or alternatively, is FF3 worth playing?
Which final fantasy games have job classes like Bravely Default had? Based on this image, III does, what else...
FF: 4 Heroes of Light
Thanks luv, exactly what i was looking for
3, 5, 11, technically 12, and 14.
>technically 12
could you elaborate?
So, if you get FFXII The Zodiac Age, every character gets to pick from a job near the start of the game. I do not believe you can change jobs later though. So, it's got as much of a job system as FFI. Mind you, I have not played FFXII so I'm not 100% sure on all that.
3 had to much grinding I quit RPGs as a whole
Why is 3 such Kino?
In that game the progression system is just tied to what armor, weapons, and magic you can use. So it's jobs in the sense of yeah you pick one and specialize. But jobs aren't distinctive like they are in previous ff games. You cannot visually tell you're a black mage from a white mage and so on.
There are two versions of the game, user, one has a free skill board and the other has job selections
3's good. 5 is better.
bravely default literally copies the system from ffV
seems like 5 is the one for me, then. Kind of pity, though, I really enjoyed this FF3 image with jobs. But perhaps 5 will be even better
Hey man dont get me wrong. 3 is solid, but if you havnt done many FFs before then 5 at least has more similarity to BD and has more going for plot than 3 does.
Very little, I tried VI, VII, XIII and VIII and gave up on all, but I managed to finish both Bravely games and I think solely due to jobs. I love that shit, that's why I'm looking for other FF with job systems.
Guess I will start with 5 and decide whether to also play 3 after that
also check out FFT. different genre kinda but even better job system than V
I heard the first game's story went to shit. How about the second?
T for Tactics? Aren't there 2? Which one is better?
I didnt play any of the sequels on ds, just the original
Bravely Default is a spiritual sequel to 4 Heroes of Light, which in turn is a spritual sequel to FF3 DS.
So basically, if FF3 is my favorite Final Fantasy, I should probably get around to playing Bravely Default already, huh?
Tactics Advance
the original FF tactics and its War of The Lions remake are the best games ever made.
Tactics Advance and A2 are great for gameplay, and has tons of classes, but will never come close to the original masterpiece.
its FF3's battle system and FF5's job system. now go play Bravely Default before someone spoils the story
You're in for a good time, V is very good and the job system works very well
Til, Tiz's brother, is actually Ringabel from the past
Edea is the Earth Vestal
Ringabel and Alternis Dim are estranged brothers
Agnes is the antagonist, she needs the pillars light to bring FF10 style 'peace' to the world
Airy is the key to unlocking it. After awakening the crystals she learns the truth about Agnes' plans and Agnes murders her for her power. Airy kicks and screams and begs the entire time, its startlingly gruesome
