Some cons don't allow ultra slut outfits, so it's safer to wear a body suit, also wardrobe malfunctions happen often when posing for pictures, making you show vago or nipples which may result in breaking the law.

Remember most cosplayers are not professionals, they do it because somebody convinced them into slutifying themselves and like the attention, they don't know/have acces to things like "butglo" to prevent the costumes from moving too much
