TF2 and LoL are free to play and pay to win, since game-affecting things must be paid for (or random drops/grinding)

GOTY gives you items in other Blizzard games and 5 exclusive skins. The skins are nice but there are better skins. You can always upgrade later too.

All the micro transactions are purely cosmetics only, which can also be unlocked by playing the game.

I don't play league, but iirc you lack all heroes at the beginning, and can unlock them through payment or experience.

I don't play it but my roommate has been obsessed with it for years. It's not really pay to win but more like pay to get an advantage. A high skill player will still do better than someone who puts in a lot of money but paying definitely helps.

I didn't ever say it's pay2win. I literally said in my last post that you can get all the items for free by just playing the game. The only time you might need to pay is for stranges/killstreaks or paints, but those are cosmetic only. You can still get all the variations by random drops or even trading (free) scrap.
