Is Dark Souls 2 really so bad it's not even worth 10 bucks?

sotfs is worth 10 bucks I'd say. But if you're talking vanilla dark souls 2 i'd have to be PAYED to play that game.

It's not bad, just not as good as 1 and 3 (in my opinion). I bought it for $15 and put in like 3 playthroughs.

I think that 2 is better than 3, but not as good as one.

the graphics are absolute dogshit and its less fun than DS1 (my opinion)

I found it pleasant.
But be advised that the game relishes the infamy it was getting at the time for being "lol do hard xD", so it'll throw a couple of blatantly unfair moves toward you.

If something doesn't seem right, look it up on the internet. There's probably an obtuse puzzle you were supposed to know somehow.

If you enjoy the others in the series, it's a good game if you can get it for cheap. If you've never played any of the others, this is the one I'd suggest since the opening of the game is pretty good. A cheap price makes it even better as an intro.

It's a really great game. It's bad compared to the other souls games.

It's great. Personally it's my favorite game in the series. I bought it full price on launch, then bought the SotFS edition later and never had a single regret, because the actual gameplay was amazing from start to finish.

Honestly it's my favorite souls game, 1 is probably better but 2 has a really good build variety and different viable weapons to use unlike in DS3 where a longsword is way better than most weapons, downside is most boss outside of dlc are shit.

Do you guys think it's worth buying DS3 anyway, honestly i'm afraid of buying and they making a new version like softs and wasting my money, are the dlc good ?

I just checked,apparently Fromsoft decided to implement its own shitty anticheat system in 2.

The game is alright, its definitely not bad. However, this is the only game where I feel like I'm constantly biting the pillow through a shitty part of the game to get to the amazing part, but that amazing part never comes. Don't know how to explain that.

agreed honestly If people think 2 is bad they need to play those shitty souls clones like the surge. They'll realize pretty quick that 2 isn't bad just not as good as the first game.
