To follow up on this, I would also RP that all males in my dynasty except for my heir (elective monarchy) were circumcised.
Honestly there should be a special decision for Muslim/Jew religions for circumcising your children. You and target gain 50 piety but target suffers the Circumcised debuff. Maybe it should be like -5% fertility and -5 attraction opinion or something

It was kind of impressive that the AI managed to reform the Norse faith on their own, but still fragmented into several kingdoms ruled by generated dynasties without ever going feudal.

Thats why I never choose to "remove the tissue" events. Clicking "As long as you what you're doing" usually works. Also hiring witches and arab healers

I had a personal doctor throw a jar of bees at me and it cured my pneumonia and gave me all positive stats crazy shit just happens

I once had a kingdom where every king would cuck his eldest son and end up siring his own grandson who would then stand to inherit as the eldest son of the "prince"

it ended up working out and lasted for like five generations before I think someone got the plague and died
