how fucking retarded do you have to be to get fired
I called my boss a faggot and it turned out he was gay
this is some >>/r9k/ shit, fma!
Lol if you got payed more than 7.50 you deserved it
Paid*
Fuck I'm stupid too
It makes sense someone on Sup Forums doesn't know the absolute basics of employment, maybe someday huh
>spending your last paycheck on vidya and not rent and or food
You live with your parents, don't you?
>have no income
>still buy game
You are a tool to do this.
I got another job lined up and this was just some shitty minimum wage job I didn't even plan on putting on my resume
somehow i don't believe you
nah, cheap ass sober living. Rent's paid and I don't eat much so I've got food to last
maybe he works in game dev you get fired for not having enough lootbox features all the time
Minimum wage is 12 dollars now, user.
Protip: Try to remember you're not on Sup Forums when speaking with your coworkers.
You're supposed to stock pile at least 3 months worth of paychecks so you don't need to worry about finding a job right away you fucking retard.
It's still like 10 dollars where I am
I actually do and this is one I actually want. This other job was just sort of a get well job as they call it in AA and NA while I get some clean time under my belt
>You're supposed to stock pile at least 3 months worth of paychecks so you don't need to worry about finding a job right away you fucking retard.
And yet some people go longer than 3 months without finding work. And you still want to spend money on vidya when you have no income.
No shit, PC is a piss poor platform. Steam only has scraps (that you'd buy out of desperation or because they are so cheap) or delayed console ports.

There's no way you can go 3 months without landing a job. You'd have to be the most autistic son of a bitch ever to not find even a minimum wage job
>There's no way you can go 3 months without landing a job. You'd have to be the most autistic son of a bitch ever to not find even a minimum wage job
It's happened to people more qualified than you, kiddo.
I do this as well, but I've already got in trouble for making chewbacca calls at the girl who wouldn't shave and was late to work.
Alright, I had a job offer before I graduated college at 23 and I've never been fired before, 29 now. If they really were qualified for job openings then they'd get the job. They're either unqualified or literally spergs that the company doesn't want to deal with.
>If they really were qualified for job openings then they'd get the job.
That's not how hiring works.
As someone that works closely with HR yes it is.
>hundreds of resumes
>pick out most qualified ones
>interview them
>make sure they're not bullshitting
>get an idea of who they are and how they handle work, pressure, management and teamwork
>if they're spergs they don't get it
>if they're not spergs there's a good chance they will get it
> You'd have to be the most autistic son of a bitch ever to not find even a minimum wage job

As someone who has actually hired and not just worked closely with HR, there are a number of times where you have a load of candidates applying for one or two positions. In times like these, I may find anywhere between 5 and 10 people to fit the slot, but obviously cannot hire all of them.
Sometimes candidates look just as good as another one and it comes down to something like who sent their resume in first. Not finding work still has an element of luck to it. I've had people hired just because they applied for the job a day before someone else.
