I have a constant erection while playing games with anime tiddies
I don't talk about my mental disorders.
>Too autistic to play the main game, keep getting distracted by sidequests
>Too fatigued to get a platinum trophy
aspergers syndrome
find fault with so many games to the point my backlog is so tiny that ive taken up cooking to make up for the amount of shit games on the market.
>mental disorders
>disability
i bet its ADHD
I have the disability of all ways getting 8
I'm Jewish
:(
Fuck I am cure
That's one of them. I don't consider ADHD a legit issue, though. Get medicated and you're mostly fine.
this is a black thing, isn't it?
I'm the dude.
Being deaf. It's a nightmare at times.
severe crohn's, I've been shitting 6+ times a day for over a year, at least I get a new biologic soon in an attempt at remission
bumping for potential
I had temporary deafness
It made me realize I would rather be blind
Stroke. Paralyzed right half of my body from the neck down. Took my fap hand. Been this way since last year.
Can't play real-time video games anymore, have to settle for non-real time stuff like turn-based games.
Typed this shit with my left hand for 5 minutes. Just waiting for the sweet release of death because I can't possibly play Bannerlord anymore.
Terrible depth perception. It's more annoying than anything, especially in games like the Soulsborne or Monster Hunter series.
Also weirdly selective hearing. I can hear things spawning or attacking and figure out where they are from miles away, but I always need subtitles for character speech.
Same, shit sucks.
Chronic migraines, the constant headaches i have gotten used to... migraine attacks still fucks me up, but its the constant tiredness and mental exhaustion that ruins my gaming.
im sound and light sensitive so i cant have my volume on higher than like 4-8%
Feel like a total bitch, its not like i have cancer or miss an arm its just fucking headaches.
i dont really leave my house much these days and i truly do love gaming, it's just that lengthy gaming sessions doesn't happen anymore i have to tap out early when playing with friends, sometimes i just cant see certain parts of my monitor cause migraines are fucking with my vision.
im just so mad Sup Forums, that look people give me and the sound of their voices when i tell them i cant join them because of fucking headaches i feel like such a fucking loser
im a dude btw.
Autism, no really
I tend to overthink about if I'm going to purchase something pr not. And it drives me up the wall at times.
>Being deaf
fucking liar, how can you post
I've loved vidya for as long as I've been able to play it but I had a terrible, terrible ear infection in both of my ears when I was young that damaged my hearing. My hearing is subpar and I've also got tinnitus, I love playing MP Shooters but with bad hearing and an onset of ringing during 'clutch' situations it's just a setback I'm having trouble overcoming. I also have to crank the volume like a safe cracker if a game doesn't have subtitles for voices to avoid hurting my ears with 200% gunshots or something after hearing the talking, which also makes horror type games hard for me because even the "good" ones will still have some jumpscares in there that I just can't account for over the ringing and low volume. Not the worst but not the best either.
Oh, and OCD. Sometimes I spend 10 minutes longer than I have to repeating an action to get it "right" looking and similar shit, thankfully I'm too high on "the moment" to focus on compulsions during multiplayer games.
Have you tried LSD or mushrooms? I hear they work wonders on people with cluster headaches and migraines. I believe the doses required are very light, such that you don't necessarily need to experience any significant psychoactive effects.
im not familiar with drugs like that, i would have to read up more on it first, but i'm willing to try just about anything at this point as long as i can return to a normal day to day life
So are you high-functioning then?
I'm right there with you man. I've had chronic migraines for 3 years now. The attacks used to be constant and months long. Now it's mostly just the constant headache, which I've also gotten used to, with the occasional flare up. I usually only have the energy to play vidya on the weekend since none of my jobs have been very sensory friendly, and even then it's games that don't require much thought.
I hope that you get some normalcy back in your life user.
Does anyone here have tinnitus? What's it like?
