Space Station 13. It's pretty fun solving crimes. Protip: It's always the clown.
Fucking keep it down in here, stoner.
If you don't mind being a medieval detective, then Witcher 3.
serious answer: Sherlock Holmes games
last one is not exactly perfect, but not terrible
good ones are about jack, the awakened, crimes and punishments, the testament of sherlock holmes
also Tesla Effect, not many deductions to be made though
the evil within
The Tex Murphy series, if you don't mind being a washed up gumshoe.
Most cases can even be solved in more than one way.
...
Batman Arkham City
>Arkham City
actually origins cases felt nice, they weren't hard but felt nice reconstructing
city ones were just meh

I tried the first one, legend of the mummy or someshit and it was an utter piece of garbage.
Westwood's Blade Runner game
replaying.de
>I tried the first one
yup, first ones are mobile tier shit, try the ones from the list, I recommend crimes and punishments first
How's Silver Earring? I have that, Awakened and Nemesis.
Not that piece of shit.
Bam Bam Bam, Another tripshit bites the filter.
Circumstantial...
>Silver Earring
bad
>nemesis
has story but it's puzzles for the sake of puzzles, meh
>Awakened
is not bad, first actual decent game in series
FROM THE DUSTY MASON
But Awakened is before Nemesis in release order so what the fuck?
nemesis is about lupin, you go from location to location solving puzzles of his thefts
I personally didn't like it, try it if you want, it starts fine.
Awakened has one plot, and actual investigations.
Papers Please if you're willing to stretch the definition of things. The Shivah and other stuff from Wadjet Eye.
If you're willing to go way back and are willing to deal with FMV stuff, you might be interested in the 1991-93 Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective games.
I see, well I guess I'll try Silver Earring and see if it's as insufferable as Mummy, if I can't deal with it I'll move on to Awakened.
Did the DS version of Mummy by any chance try to unfuck it a little or is it still trash?
You mean "follow these footprints with magic that lead you right to the answer to the entire mystery" simulator?
>tfw no game that plays like how cowboy bebop sounds
>is it still trash?
I think it's fundamentally trash.
Alright then I won't even bother pirating the rom to check.
can i play this at 60 fps now?
last i tried it was capped to 30
Came here to post this.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
yeah, there are quite a few ways to make run at 60 and have been for a long time. dont go higher than that though it fucks up driving physics.
I forgot about those. Someone gave me the game day one just because I had a good PC but it was buggy as fuck that I brute-forced my way through the game as best I could.
Is that Todd?
Pic related. Two of the games are on Switch but JP only atm.
It's alright. You're a detective investigating your own murder.
John Holmes: Crime and Punishment
Good choice. I'd also recommend The Devil's Daughter, but it's definitely a step down from Crimes and Punishment.
