Liked the game. I expected more after reading Ciel nosurge tho. Doesn't help that the we got a slack of content cut in the western version that reflects on the characters a lot (since it's heavily tied to Ciel).

The final boss has a very memorable and powerful OST.

I just expected more man. Gameplay was ok and pretty close to the core of the series.

The ost was fantastic and the story was alright. I played a big part in creating a planet and my wife Ion is on her way to see me. She is just a few million light years from earth but I can wait

That's what I meant. I should have worded it better. Combat is great but you need to set the difficulty to the highest setting.

Though it's not a bad design that way: those who want a challenge should just set it to the highest level, while those who just want to enjoy the story can leave it with the default setting.

Agreed. The combat shines on hard but those who just want the story probably don't care too much about it, so it's nice they have the option to make if easier.

Wasn't there also a bug with Buggy enemies constantly wiping your party due to aoe counters? I remember I had to overlevel the living shit out of the party to get past that area. It was on the gimped PS3 version.

Not sure as I played it on Vita. Considering Gust/KT's track record I wouldn't be surprised. Shallie had major bugs on PS3 at first too.
