I preferred XCX. Significantly better sidequests and combat (minus skell combat, though that's always optional) is a good trade-off for a shitty plot.

This game fucking sucked.
Plot seemed good, but the gameplay was a fucking terrible clusterfuck.

I guess all those people were right when they said gameplay is most important, because even though everything else was good (story, music, graphics) I couldn't get past the crappy gameplay.

Me too. Still liked the first Xenoblade a fair bit though. Here's hoping XC2 comes in for a hat-trick. And that we actually get an X sequel afterwards

Idk about the combat. I felt that the chain attack made the party comp in XBC matter where in XCX the mc is a one man army.

At least it was FINISHED. Id rather have a finished one that has an 'meh its alright' part than a half finished onr

This game is great, I played it for a few hours until it reminded me of how FFXII is the same game but better.

Just wish they shut the fuck up sometimes, battle quotes are nice but not when everyone is screaming them over each other constantly.

I love it because i'm massively autistic and party members not shutting up is good
