You could use paypal. But I'm not sure if it's limited to one Nintendo account. I couldnt use my paypal for my JPN PSN account since I was using it for my US account.

You need a Japanese PayPal account.
Why can't they simply charge Japanese tax for an out-of-region PayPal account and that'S it. Stupid.

Seems like it actually worked at the beginning and then PayPal and/or Nintendo decided to lock the US/EU PayPal and JP Nintendo eShop combination again.
